If required, our fantastic property management team headed by Rachel Walkling will attend the property the day before the occupation date to create an in depth inventory report listing the fixtures and fittings and a schedule of condition. We are also available for a check in service whereby we would meet your new tenants on the day of move in, walk through the inventory with them, answer any questions regarding the property and most importantly, hand over the keys!
